Having tech challenges? WOW (Welcome to Our Web) Volunteers offer in-person tech support in the Sequoia room or through home visits, supported by our staff, to help you set up your devices with the Member Portal.
WOW Tech Support in Sequoia Room
Join us for in-person tech support assistance—walk-ins are welcome! Remember to bring your devices and any neighbors who might also need help. Each session will be staffed by volunteers along with at least one staff member for support.
