General Questions

  • I didn’t receive my emails to become a member of the new Portal. What do I do?

    In order for our emails to get to you, your Membership information in our Cobalt system must be correct. To fix anything that may be incorrect in your account, you have options:

    1. Drop in to a WOW session (Welcome to Our Website) at Cribari’s Sequoia room. Times vary depending on WOW volunteer availability. Volunteer hours and telephone numbers for you to call to make an appointment are posted at Sequoia.

    2. Fill out the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page.

    3. Email the Support Team at Tech Support

  • How come I can’t log in?

    You should have received two emails: the first with your Member Number and the second with your Temporary Password. 

    If you haven’t found these emails in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 

    If you still experience difficulties logging in with the provided Member Number and Temporary Password, or if you cannot find the emails, don’t hesitate to contact us at memberportal@the-villages.com for assistance. Or, drop in to one of the WOW sessions (Welcome to Our Website). Times, volunteer availability and phone numbers to make an appointment are posted at Sequoia.

  • Why can’t I book a Tee Time for my golfing buddy?

    In order for members to book Tee Times, they must have successfully completed the steps to access the new Member Portal, this includes any member you wish to add to the Tee Time. If your golfing buddy has not yet become a member of the Portal, your booking will be unsuccessful. 

    Encourage your “buddy” to get assistance. Drop in at a WOW session, or email the Support Team at memberportal@the-villages.com

  • How do I get general help with our new technology?

    Besides this Tech Support site, the memberportal@ email, and the WOW (Welcome to Our Website) drop-in sessions:

    1. We have a new Tech Support team member, Anita Leung. She’s located in Building A. (note: since her role expands beyond tech support, we suggest you call to make sure she’s available: (408) 223-4647.

    2. Our Webmaster, Mariam Ibrahim, teams with Anita to assist you with Villager Online issues. The Villager Online has a Feedback Form. If you can’t access the home page, email The Villager Online Support

  • What if I have a suggestion to improve the Member Portal?

    We think a feedback button is a great idea! Now, when you go to the Member Portal home page, scroll to the bottom and, in the footer, you will see Feedback Form under GM Office. Click on the linked text and a feedback form for you to fill out will pop up. Thanks for your feedback! (note: the quickest way to get to the Feedback Form is go to The Club tab > scroll to Amenities and click > scroll to the Amenities page footer.)
