Golf

  • I’m trying to book a tee time and can’t find my friend who is a Villager

    All residents at The Villages have a Member Portal account. To activate their account, residents must log in at least once. After logging in, their name will appear in tee times. 

  • Ability to view earlier tee times on the same day (future enhancement)

    A number of residents have requested this feature, and we are discussing its potential implementation with the development team. While the request is on their radar, it has not been initiated, and there is currently no timeline for completion.

Logging Into the Member Portal

  • I need my credentials to log into the Member Portal

    If this is your first time logging into the Member Portal and you don’t have your credentials, please email memberportal@the-villages.com or call/text 650-582-2223.

    Include the following information:

    • Name:
    • Phone:
    • House Address:
    • Reason: I need my Member Portal credentials for my first login.

Building A - Accounting & Administration

  • I have a question about my HOA statement.

    Please visit the Accounting Department in Building A.

Building B - Public Safety, Advertising, The Villager

  • I need a sticker or barcode for my car.

    For all inquiries regarding barcodes, including guest barcodes, adding or removal of your car in our security system, please visit Public Safety Administration in Building B.

Building C - Member Services

  • I lost my Resident ID or Member ID card and need a new one.

    Please visit Building C and speak with Member Services Administration to obtain a new Resident/Member ID card. A $10 fee* will be charged to your account. Your previous ID card will be deactivated. If you find your lost ID card later, you may discard it.

    *Please confirm the fee amount with Member Services, as it may change.

Building D - Recreation Services

  • I want to access the gym.

    Please visit the Recreation Services Department in Building D.

The Villager Online

  • Why is The Villager Online down?

    The Villager Online is currently unavailable due to technical difficulties.

  • Will the website be coming back?

    The current version of the website has been retired. We are taking this opportunity to rebuild it in a way that better reflects Villager feedback and needs.

  • When will the new version be available?

    The new Villager Online is expected to launch between April and July 2026.

  • Will there be an additional PDF version of The Villager during the “online weeks” when The Villager Online is unavailable?

    No. There will not be an additional PDF version of The Villager during the “online weeks.” During those weeks, articles will be published in FastNews and in the next printed Villager. The PDF version of the printed Villager will continue to be available during the regular printed weeks.

  • How can I stay updated in the meantime?

    Please continue to use FastNews, the printed Villager, and the PDF version of the printed paper, which will remain available.

  • I’m having trouble receiving FastNews. Who should I contact?

    If you are currently having problems with receiving FastNews, please email memberportal@the-villages.com for assistance. 

  • Does this affect the Member Portal or other websites?

    No. The Member Portal and our other websites are working normally.

  • What about Villager advertisements?

    Display and Classified ads will continue to be available in the printed Villager. Classified advertisers who had scheduled ads for the online-only editions have had their ads rescheduled to the print editions. Garage and estate sale ads have the option to appear in the FastNews emails if the sale takes place during a week that the printed Villager is unavailable. If you have questions about your classified ad, please email advertising@the-villages.com. 

  • How can I share feedback or ask more questions?
