You have two easy ways to clear your guests.
Option 1 – GateAccess App #
Go to www.gateaccess.net. It is simple to use.
■ Log on to the web site www.gateaccess.net
■ Select VGCC from the Community Code drop-down
■ Use your primary phone number as your username. When putting in your phone number, please use numbers only (i.e., 4081234567)
■ Enter your password and click the Login button
If you don’t have your 5-digit password, please call the Public Safety office (number listed below). Once logged in, you may personalize your password. We strongly recommend that you use the same password used to access the Member Portal.

■ Click the Guest List tab
■ Click the Add a New Guest button
■ Fill in the appropriate fields:
Last Name, First Name, Start Date, End Date.
■ Click the Update button to complete task

FastAccess Pass (Optional) #
The FastAccess Pass allows residents to send a digital barcode pass directly to their guests via text or email. Guests can then present the barcode at the gate using their smartphone.
■ Choose if the pass should be permanent or have an expiration date
■ Tap “Save”
■ Then tap the “Share” button in the top right corner and choose how to send the pass:
– Text message (iMessage or SMS)
– Email
– Digital Wallet link (Apple Wallet or “Pass2U” for Android)
Your guest will be able to scan the pass at the gate, just like a boarding pass at the airport.
Option 2 – Call Public Safety Plaza #
Call the Public Safety Plaza at 408-223-4665 and give your name, house number, and the name of your guest(s).
