When entering your credentials on the Login Page, make sure there are no blank spaces before or after your username or password, as this can cause an “Invalid Credentials” error. This is the most common reason users cannot log in.
If you still have trouble, use the “Password Reset” function on the Member Portal. A temporary password will be sent to your email. After logging in, you will have the option to change your password.
